James’ passion for his work is evidenced by his heavy involvement in the TLH business through interviews, staff check-ins and regular site visits.
James Marroun is a licensed builder with over 20 years in the building and construction industry, where TLH Recruitment originated. When establishing Introbuild Constructions in 2000, James recognised the need for reliable, hardworking labourers and tradespeople. He built his business to provide a flexible service for customers that need business recruitment. In 2017, TLH Recruitment won the Parramatta Local Business Awards for Professional Services. Shortly after TLH Recruitment, James established Spectrum Pools and TLH Training Group.
His passionate and loyal character is favourably looked upon and is evident in all his staff, client and working relationships. James works with many industries across Australia, including construction, FMCG, logistics and warehousing, information technology, finance and payroll, retail and more. He has a demonstrated history of working with staff and recruitment and is exceptionally skilled in permanent placement, negotiation, operations management, hospitality and construction.
James is passionate about making an active, positive impact on his community. He takes an interpersonal approach in volunteering his time and efforts to make a difference in the lives of children suffering from illness or disease. He participated in CEO Dare to Cure 2020 and again in 2022 to raise $5000 to support children’s cancer research for two children with leukaemia to detect their risk of relapse.
He volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney to help with initiatives such as Meals from the Heart. James and his team from TLH Recruitment collaborated to cook delicious home-cooked meals for families with seriously ill or injured children at Ronald McDonald House, giving them one less thing to worry about during their hospital visits.
