Details:
- This course is aimed at all new workers carrying out construction work:
- Must Have:
- Self-employed persons
- Labourers
- Apprentices
- Trainees
- Tradespersons
- Supervisors and project managers
- This course provides participants with:
- Basic principles of health and safety in the construction industry in NSW
- Information about preventing workplace injury and illness, workplace injury management and workers compensation in NSW

Cost:

Training Course Outcomes:
- Training Course Outcomes: After successful completion participants will receive Nationally Recognised Certificates
Duration:
- The course is run for 7 hours over the course of 1 day.
- Arrive 30 minutes earlier to complete necessary paperwork.
- Please leave 30 minutes after class for assessment marking.
Requirements:

- One form of valid and original photogenic ID required.
- USI (Unique Student Identifier). Create/recover at https://www.usi.gov.au/
Please Note:
- From November 2017, SafeWork NSW introduced new evidence of identity (EOI) requirements for participants attending the "Prepare To Work Safely In The Construction Industry" (White Card).
- After successful completion participants will receive Nationally Recognised Workcover Certificates.
