We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from planning through to completion. You will be responsible for programme management, subcontractor coordination, commercial performance, client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from commencement through to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor programmes, budgets, project performance, and variations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality requirements.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and costs.
- Construction qualification, diploma, degree, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven Project Management experience within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of New Zealand construction practices and legislation.
- Sound commercial and cost management skills.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- An up-to-date CV.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Proof of previous project management experience, including examples of successfully delivered construction projects.
